A case of an honest mistake
But there’s too much at stake
To be confused with a fly
When many had to die
Are we turning a blind eye?
Are we crafting another lie?

But yes,
Life is filled with twists and turns
Faster than we could ever learn
And every failure that comes about
We might have won had we stuck it out
No matter how small, no matter how slow
We cannot keep taking the blow.

A case of an innocent fly
But there’s a lot to cry
To be given hope after hope
When many couldn’t cope
Are we not longing for an end?
Are we not craving to be normal again?

But yes,
It may be close when it seems so far
Kun faya kun, as we heal the scar
Only the toughest are given the hardest hit
Rest if we must, but we must not quit.
